  • Please complete payment promptly through the invoice link sent to your email.

  • Your booking is confirmed once both your contract and payment are received.

Booking Finalization & Client Contract

Please read your client contract below and finalize your order with your e-signature. Once your contract is signed, you will receive your order invoice by email. Menysa Events – Client Contract

DECORATING ORDER

This signed Contract represents an order for balloons or decorating services. There are no oral or other agreements, and this contract constitutes the full and complete understanding and agreement between the client and Menysa Events (Decorator).

MAKING CHANGES

During the initial consultation, the client will be given an invoice with the price of decoration services. Once a package price has been agreed upon and the client has received their invoice, they may not ask for a reduction in price, and no changes will be made to the order. (COVID-19 exemption will allow for changes).

It is the client’s responsibility to check the invoice for accuracy. Balloon décor is priced as is and can only be customized during the initial consultation and enlistment of services.

SCHEDULING / MISREPRESENTATION

Menysa Events logistics team accepts orders based on several factors designed to ensure the team will be at your event on time and complete by your event start time.

Please note that Menysa Events is not committed to the entire range of time allotted for set up. Projected Completion Time is the range of time that your installation is expected to be completed in.

It is the client’s responsibility to communicate the expected arrival time of rental props/furniture and any other delays the day of the event to avoid mishaps.

In the case of unexpected delays or misrepresentation, Menysa Events reserves the right (but is not limited) to:A) Repurpose or restyle the garland onto an alternative surface/area.B) Complete the originally discussed design uninstalled, with the client forfeiting their installation fee (included in the delivery fee).C) Remain onsite but charge an additional hourly rate beginning at $100/hour (depending on the complexity of installation).


RETAINER / PAYMENT

Your retainer secures your date and time slot while details are finalized. Your booking is only confirmed upon complete payment of your order.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date if your event is rescheduled.

  • All final payments must be made 10 days prior to your event.

  • Orders placed 14 days or less prior to your event must be paid in full immediately.

  • Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of your deposit.

DATE CHANGE FEE

In the case of a date change, there may be a date change fee depending on the complexity of adjustments to your order.

DELIVERY FEES

The decorating fee is based upon the services and materials selected. Delivery/location fees apply for events outside Hagerstown or more than 15 miles from city limits.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation, all payments (including the non-refundable deposit) will be forfeited.

A credit (minus costs of already ordered items) may be applied toward a future date at Menysa Events’ discretion.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the Director of Events.

OUTDOOR DECOR

Menysa Events has no control over nature or weather. Outdoor décor is at greater risk from direct sunlight, wind, and rain.

  • Balloons in direct sun (12–3 PM) are especially vulnerable to popping or color changes.

  • Rain, mist, or damp conditions may cause balloons to stick together and pop.

  • Helium clusters, helium arches, or helium centerpieces are not guaranteed outdoors.

  • We cannot guarantee décor placed within 40 feet of exterior doors due to exposure to outdoor elements.

Clients should provide tents, shade, or alternate plans for outdoor installations. Menysa Events will make the necessary design decisions based on conditions.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

Menysa Events limits liability for loss, damage, or failure to deliver decorations. Liability will not exceed the contract price of services rendered.

If services cannot be completed due to illness, accident, death, unsafe conditions, extreme weather, or any cause beyond our control, Menysa Events is not responsible for non-completion.

DISPLAY / PROMOTION

Menysa Events may display and use video and photographs from your decorating session for promotional purposes, including website and social media, unless you request otherwise in writing.

All photographs taken by Menysa Events are the property of Menysa Events and may include the company name or logo.

I confirm that the details provided are accurate based on my quote email, and by completing this form I agree that this serves as my electronic signature to enter into a binding contract to book my event.
