We are so excited to bring your balloon vision to life! To make the process smooth and stress-free, please review our booking policies below.

1. Booking & Contract

• All bookings require a signed contract and a deposit by the date stated on your invoice.

• Orders are not confirmed until both the signed contract and deposit are received.

2. Deposits

• Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your event date and allow us to order supplies.

• Deposits may be transferred to a new date if your event is rescheduled.

3. Payments

• Final balances are due 10 days before your event date.

• Bookings made within 14 days of your event must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Changes to Orders

• All customization and design changes must be finalized during your consultation.

• Once your invoice is approved, changes may not be made (unless due to supply limitations).

5. Cancellations & Date Changes

• If you cancel your event, all payments (including deposits) will be forfeited.

• A credit may be offered (minus the cost of supplies already purchased) for a future date at our discretion.

• Date changes may incur an additional date change fee.

6. Outdoor Décor

• We love outdoor celebrations, but please note balloons are highly sensitive to heat, direct sunlight, wind, and rain.

• While we take precautions to protect your décor, we cannot guarantee outdoor balloons against weather-related issues such as popping, fogging, or deflating.

• For best results, we recommend a shaded or covered area.

7. Delivery & Set-Up

• Delivery fees may apply depending on your event location.

• Set-up times will be communicated in advance. Please ensure all event spaces are accessible at the agreed-upon time.

8. Liability & Promotion

• While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for décor after set-up.

• Photos and videos of your décor may be used for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
